Bizarrely, I can remember the taste of fresh pine nuts that I had halfway up a mountain in Sardinia. I must have been very little, cos my dad carried me most of the way and I don't remember why we were there or much else about it. All I remember is the pine trees and the pine nuts. They were lovely and they don't taste the same when you buy them in packets!

My Aunt and I were always the black sheep of the family. A family get together a long long time ago, when I was just a pup, we broke out and she took me to the store for ice cream just before we ate dinner. Just to piss everyone off.

Blueberry Jam...My Grand grand mother used to do them when i was i child. I remember the sweet sweet taste in my mouth, my happiness and my thoughts(still cyristal clear) ...I used to think that it was the most delicious thing in the whole world. The jam of god! :)
