It depends what kind of elf you are talking about. If its a Santa's elf, yes. If its a Tolkien elf, some elves actually become bored with life, so they travel to there gods realm. I guess that's there heaven. If you died during battle, then you we 'born again.' If you are a Dark Elf, then you just turn into ash.
