It's a part of puberty. Personally I hate it. Don't get worried. Happens all the time... unfortunately.

It's most likely to be thrush which can be caused by using soap. use canasten wash in future and for now use canasten cream.

soak it all in lighter fluid and then light it up. The itching will go away for sure

put the powder to it, and/or wash more often ---otherwise
get to the meds and figure out what kind of fungi has raised
its ugly head

Dry skin, probably. Unless you just trimmed them up. That makes me itch. Use conditioner on it.
