I do think teachers give too much. Teachers should be able to tell you the goal of each assignment (exactly what you are supposed to be learning or practicing). It is usually recommended to give about 10 minutes per grade level (30 minutes for third graders, etc.) and no more than 2 hours a night. Unfortunately, high school teachers probably don't always consider what you have in other classes.

Have you ever heard of capitalization, grammar and spelling? I give you a C+ on your question. Now go back to your homework and learn the difference between "to" and "too".

When you go to get a job, do you think one of the questions they will ask you is "Do you think we give you too much work?"

YES

Lets get our kids ready for the real world where you work from 9 to 5 and never bring your work home with you and never work late or weekends.
