They make a filler with a similar color resin, but it will still show. If you want, you can set up a router and remove a section of the laminate from front to back and replace that section, if you have regular sheet laminate. I do not recomend trying to remove the veneer and replacing postform tops.

You could try getting a crayon with the same color and fill it in. I don't know how long it will last though.

I went ahead and replaced my countertops with a Wilson Art Veneer. It looks like Corian and it is cheaper. If you can call any of it cheap. It's surface is about 1/4" thick. So if you have scratches you can remove them and it looks new again.
It was worth the money. I've been happy with how they hold up.

When joining worktops, particularly at corners, there is a filler which is rubbed into the joint to help hide it. It comes in colours to suit the laminate.

I have never tried this but I guess you could get some from a kitchen specialist or builder's merchant.

Put a cutting board on top of it, or a tile insert. That ought to do it.
