Okay, if you are 16 can your parents legally put a restraining order on someone against you without your permission?

Yes...one hundred percent. A parent can file for a restraining order or protection order for their children. But they need evidence so they won't get one just because they don't like the boyfriend. But if the boyfriend is 35 and we're talking statutory rape then yes they can get it.
