I've had a TOEFL test in my country and I've got total score as 500,is it a good score and what's the full score of TOEFL...??

Did you take the computer or the paper-based version of the TOEFL? I THINK the paper-based top score is 675? I don't remember. I thought the computer-based TOEFL top was 300, but I could be wrong.
