This is a really really confusing situation, please help! My Ipod's screen is blue, and it wont respond to anything! I've tried to reset it, but it wont work. Our computer is also being really slow. I'll open up itunes, and even though the ipod is plugged in, doesn't show!! I guess what i'm asking is what's wrong with my iPod ? How do i fix it?

reflash it. Sounds like a possible virus. Go to Apples web site and download the Ipod software and flash it.

I would try calling apple and describe whats going on......my ipod froze and they told me how to fix it....also if you have insurence on it you can call and send it out...
