How do you come to your conclusion about the Dems? Calling anyone unpatriotic is irresponsible and derelict. As for Repubs, not all of them are religious or are part of the Religious Right.
Broadbrush generalizations are ill-informed, at best. We don't live in an either-or society, even though the media and SOME citizens on all sides want to view it that way.

Libertarian
Dems have a distorted sense of patriotism but I wouldn't say they have a lack of patriotism
We Republicans don't want to invade your personal space. As a matter of fact we are the most vociferous against PC Speech and the morphing of Civil Rights into agenda based prejudiced actions against religious and ethnic groups.
And, I support this by saying when was the last time you saw the ACLU defending a Christian who felt their freedom of speech was violated?

The answer, my friend, is to vote Libertarian. They are the only group that will get the government out of your personal life and allow communities to make decisions on their OWN, with no pressure from Washington.

Join whichever one you want. Both parties are sadly failing their constituents. They are more interested in serving themselves. It's frustrating. VERY frustrating.
