With all video games, the developers make our mouths water with the screenshots, there are stunnign ones for Age of Empires III (http://empireearth.free.fr/aoe-iii/screenshots-age-of-empires-iii.html) but is the in game experiance as good looking? Please those who have this game on PC and more interesting for me on a Mac tell me what you think of the game. thanks

we have numerous AoE games and AoM - Titans.
I prefer the titans one although my other half prefers AoE III.
The graphics are better....the figures are bigger and more easy to see and there are different build options..You can build more than one place and develop cities better.
You have a main city and the more developed that is..the more resources it can send to your town centre.
I think it's a bit more complicated and I'm not to versed with all the extras hence why I'm sticking with the Titans (Even though it cheats you something rotten...Ever noticed how you've 4 town centres built up..your enemy has one..yet he's more resources and more soldiers who are stronger and who can come and wipe you out time after time after time!!)
My other half prefers the AoE III though..he things its far superior but then...He goes to war at least 3 times a week so is well use to all the extras.

They are pretty, if you have a kick butt computer. Also, most of the screen shots are taken at a zoom level you can't really play at, so you have to zoom farther out. Farther out means more moving things, so graphics are reduced to reduce the strain on the PC.
Personally I think AoE 3 has some good features, but in the end is pretty similar to every other game in the series. They also needed to work on the mini-map some, it actually shows so much detail you can't tell what's going on!

no, AoE 3 is not as good as the screenshots show. In my opinion, it is actually worse than AoM and AoE 2, the only new feature i can think of is a new age (16-1800s) and online play, so....that is my opinion ;]
