You mean down on the page, like a 5 or 6 inch top margin?

With a normal sheet of paper, 11 inches long, 3/4 down would be 11 divided by 4, x 3, or approximately 8 inches top margin.

When you open Works, isn't there a menu bar with File?
Is there an option for "page setup" ?

The easiest way would be to just insert enough returns to get there.

You could also go to Page format and set your top margin for about 3/4 of 11" which is 8.25"
