I don't know whats happening. My tank is so cloudy today. I did a fifty percent water change the previous day, since it was a little cloudy, and it turned clear again. today i wake up and its ten times cloudier!!!! My water has been getting cloudy very quickly ever since i cleaned out my filters really well. I'm not going to change half the water again, since it only makes the tank mre cloudy the next day. I used the right amount of top water deoxifier. What can i do? Is my tank done for?

Changing the water too often can lead to what they call bacterial bloom. Unfortunately we have one idea of clean, and the fish have another.

Don't change the water for a week. Let your filters run. The tank will clear on its own in a day or so.

how often are you changing the water ? i have a 20 gallon tank, and what happens to me is the water looks clear when i change it, but then becomes cloudy for a week or so after that. give it a week, if it doesnt improve then you should look into getting another filter

it might help doing only a 25% water change every 2 weeks or so, rather then 50% ever

It is probably incorrect use of fish food. Put as much food as they can eat in 5 min. If you over feed the food will cloud the water. There may be more causes and solutions. Next time think of all possible solutions and pick the one that would probably work the best, if that doesnt work, go to 2nd best, if that doesnt work go to 3rd best, and so on.

What you are seeing is a bacteria bloom as a result of cleaning your filter so well. As the bacteria get reestablished in the filter the bloom will settle down and disappear. All should be back to normal in a few days. The best thing you can do is just leave it to settle out on it's own.

Maybe your tank hasn't been cycled yet. Do you have any fish in there. If you do then maybe you have too many or you could add something they sell that makes the water very clear.
