Was it because u didn't get the work done that day, or was it to spend time with friends or with your
boyfriend/girlfriend?
Or did u feel like being lazy?
I'm just curious, i promise i won't tell.=)

I've ditched class before, and i'm thinking about doing it again today. I didn't finish my midterm, and nobody ever talks in that class (so he'll notice that i don't have a finished paper). I keep thinking he'll ask me why i don't have it done yet, & yeah i don't have any logical reasons other than procrastinating. That's why I was curious to see how many other people have ditched school or work.

Good. You won't tell....It's ok though. Doesn't matter. Everybody knows. I've done it alot.
Once I wanted to meet up with my boyfriend and my friends say the teachers kept talking about me and what I was doing with him while I was out. They even called my parents but my parents are different from most in the sense that they don't care what I do or who I do.
When I went back to school, damn. It's like the whole school knew that I missed 3rd period. I laughed at everything and the teachers have talked about me IN MY FACE ever since.
Whatever though. So I'm not a virgin. Big deal.
They're just jealous of me.
Old people.

When I ditch school, it's always because I DON'T want to go. I mean, it's so damn boring and you get loads of homework. Some times you just need a break from that kind of stress. And it's unnecessary stress. Which job do you really bring home 5 hrs of work after an 8 hr day? high school... We need to re evaluate the school system and bring them into the NEW AGE of technology. No more boring chalk and board, endless, meaningless lectures...
I never miss work unless I'm really sick. I like my job, but even if I don't like my job I still wouldn't skip out because I know my coworkers don't like their jobs either. And who doesn't hate being short staffed! I will admit that I walked out on plenty of jobs just because they were SO bad. I used to work at a subway with these trashy girls and it was sickening. They would make sandwiches with burnt bread and use old lettece. We served those sandwiches at a army base for soldiers going over to iraq. I needed a job, but I had to quit that one because it's not right to serve our troops that kind of garbage. I had to quit. And I walked out.
The only time I ever called in for work was because I was out of town with my boyfriend and he couldn't make it home so I had to keep him company at the hotel and I called in sick...
I felt bad. And my workplace makes it hard to call in. They ask you if you have the flu and every other detail.

I did, when i was outside i still did not feel free for some reason. I felt like all the people around me know that i left and i felt like they would snitch on me. I got so scared i regretted i left school. I couldn't do anything the whole time. I just hid in one spot and eventually a teacher caught me and told on me, but i still felt happy that is was over. I promised myself i would never do it again.
I left school the next day, sometimes i never learn ( i meant that literally too)
You should try, its a good experience

Yes Ive done that in both cases (work school)
In school: I was an internet fan...and I didnt have access from home and the class I was supposed to go to was extremely boring...so I prefered to stay at the cafe.
At work: I didnt want to go to work for dec 24th, so I didnt show up cause I wanted to share with my family and before that, buying presents.

I would ditch school, go behind my house, sneak back in and go back to sleep.
No worries, I'm 30 now and my mum told me she knew anyway!
