Im guessing she is underage so your mother should be making her take showers whether she wants to or not!!

How old is she? Maybe your mom should give her a lesson in hygine. Or just be honest with her and tell her she needs to shower more often because people will start to talk.

Buy her a can of deodorant/anti-persperant spray. Does she do her laundry? Someone can take care of the body odor by means of washing up at the skink, but if they are not doing laundry it's not going to help much because the clothes soak in the body odors.

Have your mom or dad take away something every time she doesn't take a shower, or have your mom or dad reward her for taking showers.
