i think black converse or black boots look great, that`s my personal opinion...i never wear heels or flats with skinny jeans, that`s just my personal taste...

First why in the H*** would you want to wear red skinny jeans, that is not a good thing to ask people, come on now, Now are you a men or women? are they really jeans or tights? what type of top are you trying to wear with it? are you trying to go for dressy and cute or trying to dress it down? Hon that question alone doesn't sound right nor should it be something that you would want to wear outside the house!!!!

black flat shoes or it depends on what color shirt you wear but if you are wearing skinny jeans you definitely want to wear flats

It would depend on what top. Match the shoes with the top. Heels are more glamourous than flats depending on the occasion.

Black pumps or black flats or anything black. you could also pair it with denim shoes. denim shoes go great with things that arent denim!!! you could also wear red pants with red shoes i think that would work. and of course white!! white goes with everything!! just dont be afraid to experiment with color!

and if ur wearing skinny jeans, i would suggest heels or flats, no sneakers or ne thing like that,

Flats, Kitten heels, stilettos in yellow, purple, brown,green, turquoise, yellow green, white,black or blue. Any of those colors will work.

i'm not a fan of red jeans...yet you could try black flats or wedges.
