Well, I dont think that you are racist. Im black(female 21), and I dont really consider it racist when a white person says N*gga. I had a friend in school, he white, he said it all the time and no one took offense. It depends on how you use it. But i totally agree that blacks or any other should not freely use whiteboy or cracker because if a white person said blackboy, then that person would definitely feel offended...I personally take no offense to anything dealing with race. (well at least not to much) but people will always be ignorant in their own way..... Great question.. :)

Well, you know, you had me until you made the crack about picking cotton and beatings. You made a valid point but then you felt the need to go overboard and make an insulting and rather specious remark. Tell me, why did you do that? You were right to point out the double standard but then you let your anger get the better of you, so now how do I take what you said seriously? disappointing, a valid concern blown away by a ridiculously racist follow up.

It is not o.k. to be racist! I am of mixed race and have had a hard time on both sides. My mother is black, irish, native american. My father is black and native american.I have experienced name calling and being jumped on when growing up by black kids for not being black enough.I often felt that white people feel that no matter what race you are you should apologize for not being white. That is from those who always claim that they are not racist.I don't think that racism is ever going to go away.It just won't be as open, but it is up to those of us who is against it to teach our kids better.By the way I married a man who is half white and half mexican who understands everything that I went through since he pretty much went through the same thing.

The word Cracker is a word created by white people who describe them selves and other white people as "Southern Crackers" When a Black person calls a white person a Cracker it is because that white person is a racist or at the very least, suspected as a racist. When a black man calls you "cracker," it is like when you call a Muslim a "terrorist". You don't know that Muslim but to you, he is suspicious and a potential terrorist. Racist whites proudly refer to themselves as Southern Crackers.
Even the baseball teams in Georgia (the white league and the ***** league) were called the Georgia Crackers!
When we use the term "white boy" it has nothing to do with racial hatred. The term "WB" is a descriptive term that identifies you as a potential racist. It means that you don't understand our plight and even worse, you don't want to. You are suspect. White boy is like saying "good ol' boy". The good ol' boys wish for the "good ol' days" and they formed the "Good ol' Party" (GOP). The Good ol' boys are really the good ol' white boys.
Cracker refers to a Racist
White Boy refers to a potential racist.

I call people whatever I feel like. Yes I'm white. Yes I come from money. So, no matter what anyone calls me I could care LESS. If I feel like calling a black person a n----r I will. If I feel like calling a mexican a s--c or a b-----er I will. No one can say anything about it either.

Well, I have 8 black guys that pick cotton for me, but I pay them. The reason reverse discrimination is o.k is because all of the lily-liveried white liberals in this country made it o.k. by not standing up for themselves. They created the problem.
