I already have my lobes pierced once and didn't have any problems with it.

from my personal experience, the cartilage hurts a lot. the second hole isn't too bad, its like your 1st hole, it only feels like a little pinch. But if i were you i would get the second hole.

I would get your lobes double pierced. Cartiladge hurts sooo much more.

I'd get both! That's what I want to do. =] But I've heard that cartilage piercings hurt a LOT, so if you're not able to tolerate a lot of pain, that's probably not the best way to go.

I heard getting the cartilage pierced hurts more. But it looks way cooler.

Either way is cool, but know that it takes a loooong time for cartilage to heal.
