Lets tke this question from more of an engineering point of view...
Your cylinder is surely going to be a plastic tube of some discription at least as large as your speaker, thus the area of the interior of the tube is the diameter (d) divided by 2 squared times pi or:
A=(d/2)^2*3.14...
now to determine the length of your tube which will be the volume desired(V) divided by the area plus one third of the depth of the speaker(Ds) (to take into account the volume of the speaker) plus the depth of the plug(Dp) on the other end if any...
L=V/A+1/3*Ds +Dp

get the area of the circular section of the cylinder (pi * radius squared) and multiply this by the length of the cylinder. This gives you the cubic content . If the measurements are in metric, a conversion id required. 1 Cu ft = 0.028 cu metres.

volume = (area of the base) * height
In the case of a cylinder, the base is a circle, so:
volume = (pi*radius^2)*height

a 4 inch dia by 6 inch lenght is about .6 cubic feet
remember pi x radius squared is area of a circle (I think)
3.14 x (2x2) = 12 square inches x 6 inches =.5 cubic feet
