He calls Democrats Irresponsible on this war? Isn't that the worst case of the pot calling the kettle black? He has been the worst offender in my opinion. What say you?

Dang it! I have a list of quotes from Democrats at home, talking about the dangers of setting a deadline for withdrawal....now, of course, they are singing a different tune.

Bush certainly deserves a lot of the blame, but so do the Democrats. They were for it before they were against it. They wanted Rumsfeld gone - he's gone, and they're still not happy. They wanted more troops - fine, we'll send more troops - and they're still not happy.

BOTH sides need to quit pointing fingers at the other and we *all* need to step up and accept responsibility.

What can one say about the man that said that the french do not have a word for entrepreneur. He has a book published contained with the stupidities he has uttered, I would not take anything he says as having any meaning or truth to it. The man is clearly not the brightest crayon in the box. He is so irresponsible he cannot contain his mouth from moving independently of his brain.

I think he is looking at the swarm of parisites that are jockying for his job. Pepsicola and Hil saying and doing whatever fits the crowd that day. They don't care if US troops die over their statements, as long as it gets them "sound bites" and headlines. They will sacfifice American lives in a minute if it gives them an inch closer to control. I'm not backing his handling of the war, but can't stand to see these two women prostituting themselves for votes and control. The rest of the career politicians that are running are no better. We need fresh faces that care more for country than their pocketbook or ego!!

The words "Bush" and "conscience" don't go in a sentence together. What were you thinking? He also doesn't know the meaning of the word "irresponsible" so just ignore him.

The congress, including democrats voted overwhelmingly FOR this war. Once you commit troops you must support the effort till the end. The Democrats are backing down now because they realize war is tough. Bush is committed to the effort; the democrats are not.

Isn't it irresponsible for Bush, who knows he needs war funds, not to budget that money in his military spending rather than keep coming back to Congress year after year begging for "emergency funds"?

I couldn't agree with you more. All I hear anymore when I hear Bush run his mouth is hypocrisy followed by more spin. It's like watching a carnival barker yell to the marks in the audience.

He makes a valid point.

Lately, funding for the military took far longer than it should have. It's not Bush's fault. Congress is who's to blame. They were slow and unreliable about it.
