Yes there is! I fried a chicken, and smothered it with country sausage "chicken" gravy. It is called chicken fried steak, not steak fried chicken. The tongue is missed in all of this. Miss the blog. Add a little Yahz and you will have a recipe worth serving.

you first make fried chicken/steak sauce, and then dip the chicken or steak into the coating and fry them. dig in!
