Somehow, it just DON'T taste the same without the tongue. . .

Yes there is! I fried a chicken, and smothered it with country sausage "chicken" gravy. It is called chicken fried steak, not steak fried chicken. The tongue is missed in all of this. Miss the blog. Add a little Yahz and you will have a recipe worth serving.

not sure about steak fried chicken but chicken fried steak is some heart attack food that some lazy fat american came up with.

you first make fried chicken/steak sauce, and then dip the chicken or steak into the coating and fry them. dig in!
