NO, it's not true, we don't have the technology to cyogenically freeze a person YET. Embryos and sperm, yes. People, no. But maybe someday in the future...

Yup it's a chamber underneath Disney World in Flordia. he was frozen under there.
I don't know where you would find proof but trying googling it.

He was actually the opposite. He was cremated, his ashes were interred at Forest Lawn cemetary in Glendale California.
