I would give them armor plating and razor sharp, serrated tusks. On a serious note, what the hell did the seals ever do? I do not think they pose a great threat other than resembling Wilford Brimley(poor seals).

Absolutely. It's the only way we can stop the senseless clubbing of seals. Arm the people...er seals and we can slow the violence down.

If you were elected US president, the seal hunters wouldn't give a damn, because they're Canadian.

Seal hunting can account for up to 35% of a sealer's annual income. Could you take a 35% pay cut? And, no, they can't just find other work, considering that their communities have an unemployment rate of up to 35% of the national average. They have no choice but to use the skills and knowledge that has been passed down to them for generations, to feed their families.

The seal hunt is a humane, sustainable and economically viable way of life for people who have no other alternatives.

Cracks me up....

Here is my serious answer:

They allow so many seals a year to be killed by Eskimos as it is part of their culture. The use every part of the seal from fur, to meat to guts to bones.

At the same time, I do not agree with killing them just for sport or for fur.

I want to go take place in that, it sounds like fun!

Why not kill the seals? They are only curbing overpopulation, and their meat apparently tastes pretty good
