I lot of nuckleheads say noone should be denied the right to vote because of thier ignorance of the Constitution "because no one should be denied the right, period". Then do you think the mentally retarted, admitted serial killers, 10 year olds and non citizens should be able to vote? ... oh! and even republicans?
Id rather have a retarted 10year old sereal killer from Jamaica -that understands the Constitution vote then anyone who says "yes"

I think that any citizen should have the opportunity to vote. I would only make exceptions to convicted felons, but when they have served their sentence their citizenship rights should be returned. .

Actually, I think they ought to be a little more careful who they give the right to vote. No, criminals, children and those that are mentally handicapped (retarded is not a PC term, you're a Democrat come on now!) should not be allowed to vote.

I think that only citizens adults without convictions shoudl be eligible to vote. I have some other ideas, but I will not share them with you today.
