Of course you can. Any time sperm enters a vagina pregnancy can occur, whether that sperm is delivered directly from the penis or in some other fashion.

the question implies that *** is in the vagina, removed, then re-inserted. Though it's highly unusual for a situation like this to occur, it apparently can occur.
It would be possible for such to occur. however technique in handling would have to be sterile as possible.

Yes, sperm can live up to 4 hours after ejaculation. WEAR A CONDOM! Pulling out is not a reliable form of birth control. Not to mention the fact that you put yourself at risk for STDs.

I really, really hope you're not thinking of getting pregnant behind your boyfriend's back by reinserting his sperm. That's dishonest and wrong. Or, I hope you're not thinking of getting a girl pregnant by getting ejaculate on your hands and inserting it.
