I have very very very bad cramps when it is time of the month. I have no idea why it hurt sooo much...I always have to take advil, but it gets me sleepy. Is midol like that too?? please advice..thank you in advance

certain types of midol contain caffeine so i dont think it would make you sleepy. But depending on your body chemistry i gueess it could. For me midol wakes me up like a cup of coffee does.

no.but midol does not work very well.the exended formula is supposed to last 12 hours.never helped me for more than 4.try thermacare heat patches.they have special ones for cramps,and they work really well

try pamprin, it works for my cramps.

and lots of water.
