Has nothing to do with the sex, Hon.
Some people are just liars.
You know, the kind who...
when they're lips are moving they're lying?????
It crosses age, and gender.
Learn to spot them, and avoid them. The end.

Im sure there are some you can trust. But there are some that lie also. From what i think most lie either because they dont want to hurt us or because they dont want to get in trouble or because they really dont know how to communicate because its true that if a man is too honest they can seem like jerks. If a man opens his mouth he is lying.

All lying as far as I'm concerned stems from fear. Fear can take many forms and it is not necessary and quite impossible to list all the ways it shows itself. Basically it is not wanting to deal with (or being unable to deal with) 'what is'.
I am a liar. I have lied to a person I care about and if you have any decency at all, it is a horrible experience to endure. If you are not total scum - without conscience - the vice of lying needs nobody else to punish you, for you go through a self imposed hell of your own.
The trouble is that it can take you unawares and you can tell what you think is a little white lie to get out of a slightly awkward question and before you know it, it has snowballed out of all proportion. That is what happened to me and I kept up this spider's web of make believe until I could handle it no more.
It is never proper to judge yourself (although, ultimately, who else can truly judge you?), but lying does not always mean the person is bad, it can sometimes just mean they are SAD.
Pleased to meet you.

Yes, we can be trusted, however temptations of the flesh can make many men risk all. If a man is content at home (and I don't just mean sexually) then there is little risk of him straying. The trouble is that our genes have been programmed to impregnate all and it takes a wise man to realise that there is more to life than sex. Remember the old saying.
Man gives love to get sex, a woman gives sex to get love. Unfortunately, there is rather too much truth in this.

Would you like to poll them all? There are over 3 billion. How unkind to suggest they are all liars...just as it is unkind when people make blanket statements about women.
Some people are more trustworthy than others. Some need some maturity to get beyond the childhood lying phase.
Don't look down on all of a group because of the poor behavior of a few of its members.

Hi Ladybird,
My wife and I have been married for 31 years and she has no reason NOT to trust me. I would NEVER cheat on her for any reason. We are both Christians and have been for over twenty years. She is the greatest thing in tghis world and I would be a crazy fool to cheat on her! I NEVER WILL! I suggest that you see how a man treats his wife to get an idea of how he is going to treat his wife. You also might make sure that he is a Loyal Christian and serving in a Bible-Based Church. Have a great evening!
Thanks,
Eds

Trust is earned, by both men and women. It can, of course, by broken by either party. There is no universal fact regarding lying by sexes though!
Good luck! Rob

There are good men out there that you can trust. Everybody twists the truth at times (and Ladybird, I'm sure you have too). But the good people come clean.
