Are there any theories about what a neutral, uninfluenced by tone, culture, etc., would sound like, assuming this is even possible?

I'm afraid the Natural Voice is the one influenced by culture, etc.

The more I read about how the brain functions and how susceptible children are to beliefs of their elders, the less I think there can be a neutral assessment of anything.

My hypothesis is that the only way to even approach such neutrality would be for people to learn how our brains can work to our detriment and then maybe, with that knowledge, see things a little More logically.

But, I doubt that will happen. At least not in my lifetime since I'm already 67.

there is no such thing as a 'neutral' tone or culture. these are acquired environmental characters depending solely on the area being inhabited by the particular population, thier race and ancestry.all cultural preferences have a rational basis and are rooted in needs suiting the particular area in ancient times.

i don't think it's quite possible, unless you want a person who's lived in the jungle alone all their life and screeches like a monkey or whatever
