First of all, hold back on the caps. That is just plain rude.

Next up, you said in your previous question, "my business is new this is my first deal". That implies that you do not have too much experience. The fact that you came to Yahoo Answers to ask a question regarding a 4.2 million dollar deal says that you do not really know what you are doing.

If you have that much money on the line and it is being held up, get a lawyer. Suck it up, spend some money, and get a good lawyer to help you out.

Also, it does not matter that you have not received an email. This is still possibly a Nigerian Bank Scam. Even if you sought the other party out. It is still possible. A hallmark of this scam is the refusal of the other party to take the fees and/or taxes out of the money.

All in all, I say get a lawyer to go over this with you and make sure that (1) you are not getting scammed, (2) you can work the kinks out of the deal (3) and that you are handling everything legally. I will bet that you will have a hard time finding a bank willing to give you the money unless you can resolve these three points to their satisfaction.

You hand money over you get no longer some thing undemanding as that or they use your information for fraud. I got here across distinctive those scams at the same time as searching to purchase a bulldog, they promise you a canines loose for adoption which typically value alot of money to purchase from a respected breeder. after I requested to view the doggy they suggested oh i stay in eire yet i am going to deliver to you for merely the price of the flight see you later as you're taking strong care of him/her blah blah blah. you eventually end up without doggy and about £four hundred out of pocket

Start with Bank of America or whatever bank is nearest you. As you apply for a loan, ask the person who their biggest competitors are, and then apply there, too.
