hi, could someone tell me if there are any FREE shooter ups like anarchy online. Please dont say anarchy online or gunz. I would like it where u buy guns and lvl just like any other mmorpgs but with guns instead of swords

Free, not so much. You mentioned Gunz, but there is also PlanetSide which is free to play, with limits that lift if you subscribe. There are also free servers for Rising Force Online I belive, if you can find them.
I've also heard of another in development, but can't remember the details.

I know of a LOT of MMORPG's that are free, and none that I know of deal with guns and fit the criteria you fit. Those two genres could work, but game publishers have yet to capitalize on it, as far as I know.
