She wouldn't be pregnant exactly, she would be full of eggs and ready to breed. The fact that she's slowly getting fatter is an indication it's a female. Females are a little larger generally and a little heavier than males. That's about the only way to tell them apart.

Males are smaller and slimmer than females. The Female fills out with eggs. Danios are egg scatters (As opposed to egg layers such as Angels who attach eggs to a surface). The male danio squeezes the eggs out of the female and sprays them with his sperm to fertilize them. The eggs sink to the bottom where they remain to hatch. If the danios are in a tank with other fish the eggs will probably be eaten by them. If you have a spare tank your can put large marbles in the bottom of the tank or screening held up a few inches from the bottom by pieces of rocks..The marbles or screening lets the eggs fall beyond the reach of the parents (So they cant eat them) If you use screening you should see the eggs sitting on the bottom. Remove parents after they scatter the eggs.

Danios lay eggs; they do not get pregnant like guppies.

They very readily breed in captivity.

Males tend to be smaller and slimmer. Generally, the colorinng is more distinct on males, even on the fins.

if the fish keep getting fatter in the next two weeks the yes... you could only tell there gender by coloration and to find that out then look it up on google.
