I need to make my toe touches(the straight out [cheerleading]) higher and better in a year. Please help because I want to make the squad and thats the only thing I need to work on.

P.S. I already practice a lot on the trampoline so i just need to know how to do it on the ground.

It's WAY different on the ground...first start with a straddle to stretch out...make sure to point your toes and reach all the way down...When you jump use your arms to pull you upwards, and jump up a high as you can...yes, that does sound stupid. but really, the jump up and when you flick (that's what it feels like when you do it right for lack of a better word) your legs out are two completely different things, and all I can tell you online is the higher you jump, the more you can flick.

And practice as much as you can...10 before bed every night...practice with your shoes on if that's how you have to do them...it'll help you get used to the way you will actually do them.

start doing yoga or pilates! this will make you more flexible and also improve your posture
