I live in Ketchikan, Alaska and it's $3.97/gal here. What a difference 1200 miles makes (that's the distance between here and Anchorage).

I's $2.48 here, And no. I think it's because the oil companies saw an opportunity, and blamed it on the British/Iran problem. If the President "broke wind" the oil companies would probably raise gas prices.

The price for regular is 2.49. I think spring time, the passover/Easter travel holidays have a good deal to do with it.

I live in southern Oregon and the cost has jumped to $2.97/gallon. All I know for sure is it is sure going to put a damper on any traveling plans.

The reason sounds plausible. Stupid but realistic. It is $2.64 in Jackson, Michigan and $2.75 an hour away where my daughter lives. Omigosh I feel for you California folks!

$2.58, I guess it could have happened because of that, but at times I think it could change drastically just because someone doesn't like the color of someone elses shirt that day or something equally as rediculous. There really seems to be no logical or acceptable reason.
