If you love him, be patient, and NoT jealous, if you and your boy are meant to be then eventually he'll lose the other girls and focus all his attention to you.
But on the other hand you dont need that sort of treatment.. dump him, there are plenty out there..

He's not a boyfriend, dump him. He doesn't understand how to be faithful, therefore you're not really in a relationship. Find someone who will appreciate being with you.
