Either use fabric softener or Static Guard (in a spray can in the laundry section). I had to get a humidifier, was tired of shocking the cat every time I pet him!

Rub the ones that are staticy with one of the Bounce sheets that you throw into the drier. They work fine to get rid of static. Work well on hair also.

Either put liquid fabric softener in the washer at the appropriate time or use dryer sheets in the dryer.
