I have some Canadian money i wanted to know if I can change it a the airport or a bank.
Also what banks do it and which don't.

The large banks, national banks have foreign currency desks. the official exchange rate that you will get paid is the major thing to ask, You can at times get a better rate by shopping around

All banks should be able to transfer the money; yet I don't know of any airport services that offer that.

I think any bank would be able to flip it to American bills if that's what you are asking.
