Well as a member of a Paranomal Investigation group I have several good ones but I think I will tell you my favorite instead.

We were investigating a local victorian home and we were in pairs. The co-Owner and I were in the attic and we both saw someone. Not wanting to influence the other we went and found another pair and each told them what we saw seperately.

What we both saw was this: A little girl was standing by the window of the attic holding some kind of stuffed animal or doll. She was wearing a baby doll dress (You know the ones popular when Shirly Temple was little). Her hair was tied with a ribbon.

We looked back at the footage and the Thermal Camera showed a figure the hight of a little girl by the window.

The reason this was my fav was becuse both of us saw the same thing and it was backed up by Thermal Camera footage.

Well, one day I was visiting my favorite place in the world, Gettysburg, PA with my aunt and a friend of the family. We had a wonderful time so far as we toured the battlefield. We soon reached Devil's Den, a formation of boulders that was the site of heated fighting on the 2nd day of the battle. We hopped out of the car, had a picnic, and I explored while my the others rested and talked at the car. I was half-tired from clambering around a pile of rocks called the Slaughter Pen and a creek called Bloody Run when I walked into a patch of woods and leaned against a small tree. I closed my eyes for just a moment, and when I opened them, I began hearing what sounded like battle drums playing a continuous beat- rat, tatta tatta tat, rat, tatta tatta tat. I looked around and thought it might've been some Civil War reenactors playing nearby. I looked around and saw none and assumed they were on the other side of the woods. I closed my eyes again. I opened them and looked straight ahead and saw an inky black substance or something swirling in midair near a rock. This black stuff then took the form of a man eventually. I could not move at all, almost like my legs were locked with fear. The object fully formed into what looked like a Confederate soldier with a floppy hat and raggedy clothes. The man had a brown beard and stared at me with a mean, steely-eyed look that scared the crud out of me. All I could work out of my mouth was "I'll leave right now, sir...". I then ran as fast as I could back to the car, where I slumped against the door, thinking over what I just experienced. I never told anybody about it until that night, when I told the guide of a ghost tour what I saw.

As a student cadet, I returned home early morning in November 1984 after spending 3 weeks at an army training camp. My Dad immediately informed me that his mother- my grandma- who had been seriously ill since the past three months- had passed away a couple of days ago.

Saddened by the news yet tired from the camp and the travel, I slept but decided to visit my uncle's house, about 3km away, where my granny lived in her last days.

I went to visit my uncle's house at around 12Noon, if I remember correctly and went directly to the room my granny had used. There was her picture in a large frame, with oil lamps burning and some flowers- common to our tradition. Nothing seemed unusual or amiss and neither was I scared in any way.

Infact, I had been rather close to my granny during that last one year or so and would inject her insulin before meals, since she was diabetic and help her take medicines on time, during my brief yet daily visits with my Dad and Mom.

As I made a silent prayer and looked up....I saw two distinct drops of tears streaming down the eyes of my granny's picture, as though she was weeping.

I do NOT recall seeing those "tears" or whatever that was, when I had entered the room and taken my first look at that picture. And I know I did not cry to explain it as tears in my eyes because I was trained into that stiff, outwardly unemotional military type behavior.

Not wanting to disturb our bereaved family, I kept this secret to myself and only recently- in December 2006- I disclosed what I saw that afternoon, to my Dad (her son)...who somewhat took that with disbelief.

Had never seen anything like this before. Paranormal or something perfectly explicable scientifically or rationally...honestly, I dont know.

When I was 12 I wagged school and sneaked back home after my parents had left for work, I spent most of the day lounging around until about 3pm when I went in the kitchen to make some custard (used to love it) I heard somebody say my name, not realising the time I shouted where I was expecting to see my older sister. After 5 mins she still had not come into the kitchen so I went back to the living room to see if it was her. She was not there but stood next to the Christmas tree (sorry it was near Christmas) was a strange apparition, it had black hair and beard and dark red clothing. I couldn't see its face as the whole figure was blurry. I just froze and it disappeared. I checked the time and it was only 3:15 so there was no way it was my sister as she was too scared to wag school and no it was not father Christmas covered in soot.
New years eve my next door neighbour who we called 'uncle' died, he had black hair and a black beard.

When i was first married & lived with my in-laws,one night i came out the bathroom & there was a figure of a man on the landing. The only thing i remembered about him next day was he was wearing sandals.Of course all the family thought it was hilarious when i told them & they had a good laugh-like people do-nobody took me seriously. But a few days later my father in law said to me,"You know i believe you did see that figure cos i`ve seen him too.One night i was going up to bed & when i looked up the stairs he was standing at the top.He was wearing a brown robe & sandals.I ignored him,& by the time i got to the top of the stairs he was gone.I never told the family cos i didn`t want to scare them."
You might be thinking well my father in law could have just made that up - but no he couldn`t have - cos i never mentioned the sandals to anybody.
That was freaky.

I was in a very serious accident and in a coma for about a month.During this time my heart stopped twice and I can remember a lady coming down a spiral staircase with no beginning and no end.As she got nearer the lady suddenly disappeared, was this an angel coming for me i guess I'll never know.
In later years my mother was seriously ill in hospital and while i was asleep i "dreamt" of the same lady i saw coming down the spiral staircase only this time i saw my mother walking hand in hand with this lady.My mother did not look the same, she looked as she did when she was a young woman. At that split second my phone rang to say my mother had died.... Weeks later i was cleaning out her belonging and found a picture of my mother and her sister who died while still a young woman......and YES it was the same woman i saw while i was in a coma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They say words have truer meaning when we break them own. DIS/EASE, DIE/T, PSYCHO/LOGICAL,
PARA/NOIA.
Things are not as imaginary as they want us to believe.
There is an old Mystery School saying. "If you want to know what is hidden, see what is before your eyes." And we all have experiences that we ignore.
Like seeing something and it just disappears! IGNORE, IGNORE.
One of my favotite experiences was waking up one night, and seeing a shadow at the foot of my bed.
It was so skinny it looked like a skeleton. It had it's head cocked to the side, as if wondering about me.
I just said, "Go, Go!"
And it shrunk down to a few little spots in the center of where it stood, which twirled around, and it was gone!
A woman I had been writing who was a natural born psychic, later told me it was her guardian. It walked into a seance one time, and it was a skeleton! That was many colors and had jewels all over it.
WOWZIZ!

I woke up in the middle of the night once to get a drink. I kept a waterbottle by my bed so I weren't wake up my roommate(she slept like a log but still I wanted to be polite). After I took a sip sitting in my black dish chair was a long black haired man with a large black beard mustash too. I quickly pretended to go back to sleep b/c I was freaked out. Few seconds past I looked back at the chair no one was sitting in it. He was facing my legs since thats how my chair was siturated. I remember he was white and thats about it. The very next day during gossiping with my friends I told them about and they thought I was nuts but mind you it was in the middle of the night when I was sleeping.

Let's see, I have had so much. I just say one of them. I went to a gathering of my tribe when I was younger. During one of the nights there, a fight broke out between two people. The next morning, a tree that was right next to where the fight took place, was burning from the inside out. All around the tree were tiny footprints that looked like there was dancing around it. We were all told that it was the Little Wild Ones and they were not happy with those two people and were sending a message. Those two who were fighting had to make restitution and when that was done, the tree stopped burning.

just go visit anybody that lives on 9th and Western in San Bernardino CA. the whole block is cursed. there's this tree stump in back of one of the houses on that block that is holding a great deal of evil and hurt, that specific house is where the evil is. it is said that if the tree stump is removed more evil will come out of it. the spirits have told people who have lived there not to remove the stump. as a child we weren't allowed to go to that house and play with the kids. many houses have been and still are being tormented by these evils and curses, even now going back to visit or to stay at my old house..... .i still can't sleep at night.
