Find a brand, even if it's a woman's deodorant, that is unscented and fragrance free. Dove comes to mind as something that is very sensitive.

Mitchum works the best on the worst and lasts at least 24 hours. If you're looking for something all natural, my boyfriend who also has super sensitive skin likes Thai Crystal Deodorant Mist better than any of the other crystal types. Good luck!

I have this problem, and I sympathize with you! I tried everything, and finally I figured out that the best solution is unscented talcum powder. I have never had any irritation from it, and if you keep a little with you during the day (a travel size works nicely) you can be cool and clean all day long!

I have very sensitive underarms.. I found that the sensitivity was from "anti-persperant" not deoderant.. try a stick that has no anti persperant, i bet you wont have a problem after that.

Don't use the clear stick or spray on. I'm allergic to them and causes a rash after a few days. Use Suave or something.

Any deodorant without alcohol, Axe has a couple without alcohol, I have a friend who has very sensible skin/underarms and they are perfect for him.

believe it or not...the SUAVE brand without fragrance is great for sensitive underarms. check it out.

I would buy the sparay stuff--whatever brand, but spray might work better for you
