OUCH! Oooh, yeah, wrong move. Okay - first, you need to find that e-mail. Print a copy, go to your bank, show them the e-mail and tell them you gave them your information (and what info you gave them). It's time to close your account and open a new one - IMMEDIATELY. Ask that the new account be password-protected (so anyone trying to access your account has to answer a security question).
Yeah, with that info, they can access your bank account, and apply for credit cards, loans, etc. under your name. You also need to notify your credit card provider(s). Again, you may need to close those accounts and open new ones. You also might think about getting your credit report from Experian, Equifax, etc. and checking up on those periodically, just in case.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER give personal, financial information to someone calling you or e-mailing you. This is known as "phishing" and basically, they are trolling around for someone who will give them this info.
Did you even enter this lottery in the first place? When you win a lottery, they don't call you (how would they even know how to contact you?). You call them.
Time to call your bank, NOW!

If you're serious, put a freeze on that account now. Right now. They are probably cleaning you out of money as we speak. You will probably have a lot more trouble on your way when all the merchants want there money and they'll want it from you. Talk to the bank quickly while you have some cash left in the account.

Hello Jacky,
SORRY, HONEY---You've been scammed.!!!
No reputable lottery organization EVER contacts a winner by
email. To start with---how the hell did they get your email in
the FIRST place?? Sorry, Jacky, you've been scammed!!
Quickly CLOSE your bank account!! Like, NOW!! Get a new
account, a new debit card, a new number, and TELL YOUR
BANK ABOUT THIS EVENT.!!
No, whenever you win, they send you a registered letter via
regular postal mail. You MUST sign the delivery notice before
the postman will let you have the letter.
JACKY---THIS IS A WARNING !! NOT A JOKE.!!

If I were you I would immediately call your bank and ask them what to do. They can probably freeze your account or open a new one for you. If you don't do something quick, you could lose alot of money from these scrupulous people, whoever they are. I have had to change my debit card number before, and it's worth it. Do it now, do it quick!!!
