If you previously had Nortons internet security 2007, and download Firefox, it isnt covered by the Nortons. Is this true? None of it is covered only in IE7?

An anti-virus protects your OPERATING SYSTEM from viruses and other malware.
Firefox and IE7 are BROWSERS.

You will be fine!

False, if Norton asks to allow Firefox to go on the web, say yes.

False... Norton watches the ports on the computer.. it doesnt matter what browser you are using you will still be protected.

I've never heard such rubbish any anti virus and firewall protects the entire system not just specific progams

If you've got nortons and firefox would'nt one of them cancel the other out. I thought thar's the way it works.
