My best friends son's name is Jace and they call him Jack. I think it's a really cute name. I've heard of boys named Jerrard/ Gerard, James,Johnathan, Jonah, Jacob and Jarrett being called Jack.
Jack is an adorable name. Best wishes to you and congrats!

Oh! I'm naming my unborn son Jackson. I love that name. What's wrong with that? Jack is a cute name, but it doesn't have a great meaning, so I'm sticking with Jackson when calling him by name.
Oh and most of the time Jack is the nickname you give someone named "john"...I don't know why though.

Well there is Jackson. (i love jackson)
But for some reason jack is also used as a nich name for John. (think JFK) So John or Jonathan would work.

Actually I was going to use Jack as my (future) first son's name, but my husband said no. So we are going to use something else...
But I wanted to use Jack Thomas as his name.
