Not being a liberal completely, only slightly, I cannot speak for them, however I have the greatest appreciation of the 2nd Amendment of that document Bush said was a god damn piece of paper. I wouldn't put it past him to declare martial law. In fact I think he will do it around July or early August.

No by using fact the Federal Reserve financial enterprise have been given the trillions of greenbacks they wanted yet martial regulation is coming while the facade it is the federal reserve financial enterprise is going bankrupt itself. Bush and Obama are the comparable . Politicians are all of the comparable. while? while China makes a decision the U. S. is now no longer a potential investment. possibly a 300 and sixty 5 days or 2 years away i'm hoping its no longer quicker.

I know neocons who were predicting that Clinton would declare martial law to retain power. I laughed at that. Bush is arrogant enough to do something like that. He would be yelling 9/11 as he did it. I seriously believe that he would do that if he thought he could get by with it.

You would quickly see some Liberals change their tune on the 2ND Amendment.

So what exactly is a shotgun going to do against an apache helicopter? If Bush declared martial law then those who would seek to resist him would have to capture proper military hardware - not just stuff you can buy from a 2nd ammendment protected gunshop.

I value all the Amendments and don't pick which ones fit and which ones don't like some political parties do.

The First Amendment gets trampled on too often for my tastes.

And if you wanna carry guns and have them all over your house, more power to ya. Just know that you're more likely to be killed by your own guns than protect yourself with them.

But that's ridding us of certain genes we don't need, so by all means, horde an arsenal.

I would like to think so, but I doubt it. They can't believe that DC gun control law was struck down. And can you believe what the judges sited--- The Constitution. DC for some odd reason, doesn't believe they are under the Constitution.

I would say I'm a liberal that carries a gun and would rise up with my fellow liberals.

Being liberal use to mean that you made sure all your rights were protected.

That includes the right to bear arms and the right of freespeech and protest.

That's a true liberal.

Good question.

I do know of left-leaning people who are pro-Second Amendment, though...they're not the rarity you think they are.
