will it ever go away? if it will, do you know how long it will be before it goes?

MOISTURE!!! The reason the "baby hairs" stand up is because they are seeking moisture from the air, probably due to humidity, use a good shampoo and conditioner (not pantene) then maybe spray on a leave in conditioner before you style and blow dry your hair. I love the infusium23 line of shampoo conditioner and leave in.
*Pantene pro-v has waxes that just weigh your hair down and give a false healthy feeling to your hair but it does not actually make it healthy.

Your baby hair will go away on its own as you get older.
To control it, try smoothing a bit of hair pomade or serum over it.
You can even just apply a bit of hand lotion between your hands and run it over your hair before it is completely absorbed.

My best friend is 21 and she still has this problem. LoL she's a doll. Sorry I don't think it will go away. go see a salon and see what they say.

you can get rid of it if u cut them or brush ur hair forward and use gel
