I think it should be, but nothing too official. If anything it should be something similar to Pearl Harbor Day. While not an official holiday Pearl Harbor Day is important enough to land on most printed calendars.

it should be a day of remembrance because of the people that fought to save the lives of the people stuck in the towers i have been in to the States and i am quiet literaly shocked that no monument has been built on ground zero in memory of theses people.
in london where i live straight after 7/7 a several monuments have been built.

I think it should, but not on the level of a holiday where people are off work and school. I think there should just be a day where we give thanks to heros of modern America on that day, and be greatful to our troops.

i deffinatly do. not a "religious" day its doesnt deserve a day off from work/school. but it should always be rememberd. when that many people loose there lives... how can u not remember. god bless those familys and anyone affected by it
