What if Doctor Doom had actually recieved the powers of Thor? (As he almost did when he escaped from Hell)
What if Captain America's side had won the "Civil War"?
or
What if Cap hadn't surrendered at the end of the "Civil War"?
What if Hulk had never been shot off world, and instead participated in the Civil War (and on whose side)?
I got more but that is enough for the moment.

I used to like those What If...? stories.
They had some really good issues like What If the USA had made more Captain Americas. They would have defeated the Nazis sooner, and there was a really kewl scene where Cap rescues a young kid from one of the Death Camps.
The kid is so amazed by Cap and crew that he asks why Cap doesn't kills all the Nazis and take over the world himself.
Cap tells the kid that he's just a man, like any other man, and that no one is above the law/ god/ justice whatever and that good people should always protect those who cannot protect themselves.
The boy was so taken with this that when he grows up and becomes a scientist using his mutant powers of magnetism, that Earth is spared from the villain Magneto.
There are so many other great What If...? stories just like that I still have on my book shelf.

What if Peter Parker’s Uncle Ben had received spider powers, instead?
What if Storm married Thor and became the Goddess of Thunder?
What if Jean Grey and Scott Summers were ordinary people?
What if they hadn’t stopped the Beyonder?
What if Charles Xavier altered villains’ minds so that they were no longer evil?
What if Mephisto repented?
What if Stan Lee gave Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko and Steve Gerber the option of taking their characters with them when they left Marvel?

I would like to see a "What if ? " where Wolverine was just a human spy in Sheild. Or what if Apocalypse made a deal with Mephisto to take over the world. What if the Silver Surfer went evil ??
I have tons of What if's...that would totally be sweet to do for comic story's

Here's my ideas: What if Ben Reiley( Spiderman's clone) survived? What if Someone else became Thor?
What if the Venom Symbiote possesed Iron man?

i read in i think exiles that charles was supposed to be the recipient of cyttorak not cain
or
what if onslaught gain the powers of cyttorak, mandarins rings, and all the top supervillains powers

"what if" Marvel is annoying.instead of making new characters, they are using the same characters with difference story plot.
no creativity what so ever.
