Several countries have said that they woud apprehend him and put him on trial should he ever enter their country. Is this who we want our president leaning to for advice. Further he is like a 105 and has very little of his facilities.

No, how is an Advisor to the President considered a war criminal, that is silly.
NSA Director can't order secret illegal bombing (during the Vietnam War) for example. The fools here buy into the anti-Semitic smearing of German born Kissinger during the "refurbishing' of the lunatic Richard Nixon's historical legacy.

At least Ronald Reagan was too clever to take much advice from him. Reagan turned to someone who, despite his tainted reputation, had excellent advice about foreign matters: Richard Nixon.

Well, we won the Cold War, didn't we?

Shows you that the way we rate intelligence is sometimes severely flawed. On almost any intelligence test, Kissinger would score very high, while Reagan would be just mediocre. However, Kissinger could NEVER have achieved what Reagan did.
