I'd probably name mine McKibbin's Irish Pub. ( my last name. ) Seeing as how If I opened a pub, it would end up being a family place. everyon in my fam is in the local entertainment biz. mom would probably be the hostest. My bf is a bartender.... had and bro are musicaians.
It would be so much fun!

But what's behind that smile??? LOL. I'd probably name it something real corny like, "The Hitchin' Post", or "The Shootin' Iron Saloon" I'm a big fan of westerns. And I'd serve milk with the rest of the libations. After all, Roy Rogers never touched a drop (of liquor).
