they do it by purchasing things wholesale and reselling them on Ebay at somewhat of a retailers price... however alot of people buy things that they know people like... Name Brand Products for cheap and resell online for tons more money.. that's pretty much all there is to it... but there is alot of competition on some items so be cautions of that.
