I like the fact that he proved himself a liar.. just like the rest of his government friends.. from the president right on down.

It seems the Law does not like his conspiring to give fraudulent testimony before a Grand Jury. Which apparently touches on a Federal guideline that make conspiring to commit a crime often times worse than the actual crime.

Like, if Bush had attacked Iraq on Sept 11 immediately after Saddam destroyed the WTC. There would be no crime. However because he conspired for months to Execute a War against Iraq to satisfy a family vendetta. He is quite culpable for conspiracy.

I guess some of the Federal Laws are still important.

scooter felonies are the best...

i went 30 miles an hour over the speedlimit on my scooter once... however, i think thats criminal speeding not a felony...

hmmm... then I got arrested for my third oui on my scooter... thats my favorite and only scooter felony

Perjury is great. It just shows that some of these negligent people dont care if they tell the truth because they think they are above the law. It shows the justice system truly works sometimes.

Since, like Martha Stewart, he was convicted of lying about a crime that was never committed. I think he has a good chance on appeal.
