Cannabis should never be made legal,it causes hallucinations and mental problems. It is dangerous to the user and people around them (like passive smoking but worse) As well as being a dangerous drug on its own it often leads on to harder drugs such as cocaine as well as a life of crime.
I haven't tried it because Im not that stupid its a dangerous substance thats also addictive I will never smoke a ciggarette and only have alcohol occasionally there is no chance what so ever that I will use a drug like that.

A similar substance that is legal is of course tobbaco but cannabis is far worse than tobbaco,Smoking a ciggarette is bad for you but cannabis is on the next level.Besides smoking Tobbaco shouldn't be legal anyway.

Yea....along with shrooms and acid. All 3 are less deadly and addictive than alcohol and cigs. Just becuase something is mind altering dosnt mean it is bad. So many people are brainwashed to beleive all drugs are bad from a young age....and some are like crack, meth, and heiron. I mean lsd is less toxic than asprain and even vitiaman C. It can have a lifelong profound positvive impact on a persons life such as a spirtiual awakening. The only reaason alcohol is legal and grass is not is because of the money inovovled.

It should be legal because too many people go to jail for it. It's as common as alcohol, and should be even more common. It should be legal and controlled, like alcohol, but not like cigarettes(it should be free of additives that cause cancer).

Legalizing it means lower tax dollars spent to fight it, which can go to fight harder drugs that do send people on a downward spiral. It means less people in jail for possession.

I suppose I don't understand why something so common is so villainized.

Yes I've tried it a couple times, no problems, no cravings. It was fun but I can pass on it, it's just not a big deal.

It should be legal. I believe anything that doesn't harm another or his property should be legal to do. It's legal in some other industrialized nations, but America believes less in individual rights than it does in taliban viewpoints.

Of course, smoking cannabis while driving shouldn't be legal(similar to alcohol).

I have no need to try it. I like having my brain cells, don't want cancer, and enjoy being healthy. If someone else doesn't value the same things as I do, who am I to tell them to do so?

A society that has pretensions to teach the world about the meaning of freedom should not arrest incredible numbers of its own citizens for daring to attempt to exercise some freedom. Alcohol and tobacco companies should not be allowed to criminalize their competition in the name of the freedom that they deny others.
