I know that they usually start having the crying/tears reflex by 3 months... yet I can't find anything that says that longer than this is okay or not! She has adequate lubrication in her eyes, so I'm not concerned about that.

Check with your pediatrician for sure, but I think she is fine without tears as long as her eyes are not red, dry, and irritated.

im not sure if its the same but my sons 11 months and ive only ever seen him cry tears maybe 3 times yet he cries all the time . maybe she's not really crying but having a screaming tantrum like my son .
get her checked if your worried , cant hurt to ask.

i had that problem but they were a bit younger you massage there tear ducts with a warm cloth...if that doesnt work the baby may have to go in an operation to make them....
